You're NOT fat! Don't listen to those boys, they're just trying to make you feel like crap and the more you let it bother you, the more they'll keep bugging you about it. It's easier said than done, I know and I know from experience...the situation was slightly different, but still similar. Most boys that age are just jerks, with a few rare exceptions.
I don't think you need to diet, but there are some simple things you can do to make yourself feel better.
-Try going for walks around your neighborhood (it helps more if you live up a hill/mountain and if you have a dog who thinks a walk means a run!) -Drinking more water (don't know if you drink a lot of sodas or not) will make you feel better in general - Sports are fun and you usually work out at the same time...plus they're great for burning off steam when you're mad at someone

I am about three inches shorter than you, and at that age, I was pushing 160. Now generally, yes, I was fat. So don't worry. 135 is a healthy weight to be at as long as you can maintain it. Believe me, it's better to have a little chub than to be a toothpick.
Pretty much what flyaway said is what I am agreeing with. But, if you feel the need to diet, eat what you already do but portion it. You don't have to cut out all the foods you love. Find better alternatives(I.E. Sugar free, diet soda{but limit yourself to 3 a week}, etc.). This is what I have been doing for the past 6-7 months and I'm already feeling better. Another thing, don't skip breakfast.

I'm a couple inches shorter than you and about the same weight, and i'm not fat, so you definitely are not. I like dancing and biking to keep semi fit, I bike 20-40 min a day and just dance whenever I feel like it. I won't give you any diet advice because I don't eat very healthily!

Don't worry about what others say about you. It's about how you feel about yourself. If you are getting winded from walking up stairs, it's not because you are fat, it's because you might be out of shape. Try picking up a sport to play like volleyball or tennis or basketball. Or go bike riding on a regular basis. You could also walk or hike or go swimming. Just get out there and do some physical activity. This will help improve your stamina and work your muscles. Within no time you should start to become less winded going up stairs.

You can be fit and active at most any weight, but still worry you are too fat. Our calculators can reassure you about healthy body weight, and help you maintain a healthy activity level. If there is any doubt, children and teenagers are advised to consult a dietitian as this calculator is designed for 20 + years and the results are indicative. Teenagers are specifically advised that a healthy diet is imperative to growth and proper development. Teenagers need to understand that a proper, balanced diet is an investment in the future! Please note the calculator provides a general guideline using a totally recognized and researched statistical method. It does not compensate for large or small frames for example. It is intended to provide an indication of how you fit into the statistical population pattern. The calculator is not intended to offend, the comments are based on the results. Obesity isn't a game its a killer. In the BMI range 19-23 you are in pretty good shape for most body structures. The CDC records a range of 18.5 to 24.9 as being normal for and adult.
