Glad to give you advice.

I've found that if you have a good gym nearvby with tredmills, or excercise bikes, you can run/ride while studying for school- two birds with one stone. Or you could set up an exercise bike in your living room and play video games, watch TV, etc.
But I dn't think you're being honest with yourself. Maybe you are, but you have "conflicting" wants. I was in high school and didn't care about being popular, at all. But I really wanted the coolest looking jeans. I didn't care about impressing others, but found myself always staring in the mirror before school dances, which I always went to (staring in the mirror, and I'm a guy!). So I understand. You don't want to, but you do.
You first said:
I Am Tired Of Not Looking My Best And Being Uncomfortable In My Own Skin...? But then, after I call yu out and give some advice about this situation, you say,
No, I'm Not Trying To Impress Others And I Don't Want To "Look Good: I Want To Be Fit And Healthy.
Now, I totally believe you when you say you want to be healthy. But I also know that yes, self esteem issues are with you. I totally understand the tension going on. This is my advice: Don't deny that those feelings of "wanting to look good" and "not feeling good in your own skin". But at the same time plead with God to take them away, and help you to see His face.
