Well first off, I'd like prayer for the salvation of my friend Lisa... She recently turned gay and the first step towards her repentence is obviously to have God in her life

Second, my christian friend Mary Kate is in a relationship with my friend Chris and she is questioning his intentions. She has shared that he tries to get too physical when they're alone and she doesn't like that at all. She says he has also been treatin her kind of like "old news" like he doesn't say i love u as much and stuff. She is thinking Chris ain't the right guy for her and I personally always thought this. So just pray for the right solution to MK's hurting...

My mom is stressed out from taking care of our grouchy old grandmother and my uncle who is recovering from 3 seizures...

Thats all i can think of at the mo'

Thanks for your prayers and God bless!!!

My friend is upset about her dad and her boyfriend. I talked to her about it. She says she has been praying about it. I think she is badly depressed... I dont think she knows about accepting Christ. I tried to explain it once but im not sure she gets it. Sometimes I think she relies on relationships to hide from her problems. I used to like this girl but I got over her a few months ago and have happily not liked anyone since. Lol. So, please pray that my friend Lisa sees the Lord. I love her more then family. Shes one of my best buddies. I'm worried about my friend. Please pray for her. Please pray for her need for Jesus.

God Bless!

Thanks very much.

My youth pastor is now working part time and won't be leaving until like June. Smiley so at least we get to keep him for a little while. And he already has a job at another church for when he's done at our church. The shock of it seems to be passing us. I don't think we'll really register that he's leaving until June..

Thanks for your prayers!

Any time...I'm sad for you, though.  Sounds like your pastor's a pretty cool dude.  By the way, d'you have any idea who's coming to replace your pastor?

There isn't anyone coming to replace him. We had to let my youth pastor go because we can't afford to pay him. He said the church he is goin to in June is paying him now just so he can be at our church part time.

But my youth leaders will continue to take care of the Teens by continuing to run the Teen center which is this place where 30 or so teens go to every friday. The first hour is worship and the next two hours we play games... like pool, air hockey, video games like halo or guitar hero, DDR, singstar, etc. They also have a snack bar. It's pretty well put together.

Oh...That's not what I was trying to ask, though.  See, I've attended a Roman Catholic church all my life, and I don't know what Protestants call some things (you are Protestant, right)?  I was referring to Saturday/Sunday 'mass,' but I didn't know what you called it, so I called it 'church service'...Lol.

Ooh. Don't sweat it. Trust me I'm worse at wording things. Once I said to dave while going to pick him up with my dad, "We come up pick you now." over the phone. He just laughed and hung up.

Anyway, we have church service in the auditorium at the church. And my denomination is called Nazarene. Its a branch off of methodist. Its only 100 years old. Smiley

Hehe!  I've done stuff like that before, too.  Brain farts, that's what I call them.  XD  Although, I'm more prone to do things like this: "Hey, I'm waking paffles, d'you want some?"  Lol.

That's really cool that your religion is so young!  Catholicism is like, erm...Old.  Very old, hence the corruption, lol.

But like, since your pastor's leaving, who's gonna hold the service in the auditorium?

Oh, and I didn't mean to ignore your other prayer requests...For some reason, my mind didn't register what I was reading before, I guess.  I'll happily pray for your friends and family, too.  =)
